Choose whether a club sends you its news and text messages. Messages about your entries, membership and payments always come.
Changing what you get
Every message a club sends has links at the bottom. Unsubscribe stops that club's news and promotional messages straight away. Manage all your message preferences opens Messages from the club:
- Club news and promotion
- News, offers and announcements from the club.
- Text messages (SMS)
- Whether the club may text you. If the club has no phone number for you, no texts are sent.
Press Save preferences. Each club has its own preferences.
Take care: Messages about events you enter, your entries, your membership and payments are always sent, so you don't miss anything you need for race day.
For parents
Messages for a competitor under 18 on your account come to you. On their 18th birthday their account, and their emails, move to their own email address.
- The link says "This link is not valid"
- It may have been copied incompletely, or the membership it belonged to no longer exists. Contact the club directly.
