Quick answers about accounts, entering, race day and payments.
Accounts and signing in
- I've forgotten my password
- Use Forgotten your password? on the sign-in page, or Email me a sign-in link instead to sign in from your email.
- It says I already have an account
- Sign in with that email, or reset the password. Don't make a second account.
- Can my child have their own login?
- Not until they are 18: the account is yours to manage until then. Add their email under Your drivers and it moves to them on their 18th birthday.
- Where do I change my transponder number?
- Under Your details on your account: Add transponders or Change transponders. You can also use a different number for one event when you enter.
Entering
- A class says Full
- If the club keeps a reserve list you can join it and pay only if you get a place. Otherwise choose another class or contact the club.
- A class is greyed out for my driver
- The reason is shown on it, for example the driver's age on the day is outside the class, or they are already entered in it.
- I can't choose number 1 to 10
- Those, and the O plate, are earned and given by the club, never chosen online.
- Entries have closed
- The club may still take you as a late entry: contact them.
On race day
- What do I need to do before I race?
- Sign on, upload your licence photo, read the briefing and sign your scrutineering card. Your race-day page counts them off. See Your race-day page.
- My phone has no signal at the track
- Do as much as you can at home: signing on (once open), the licence photo, the briefing and the scrutineering card. Otherwise ask at reception.
- The club has a kiosk
- At a kiosk you can look up your entry, pay what is owed and check in, and buy what the club sells there. It clears your details after 90 seconds without a touch.
- Can I help at events?
- Many clubs ask members to volunteer. Look for Volunteer to help on the event page, or the club's volunteering page.
Still stuck? Contact the club running the event: their email is on their website and in their messages.
