Your race-day page

For competitors and parents

One page per entry for the whole day: what to do before you race, your sessions and times, live position, decisions, notices and documents.

Every entry has its own race-day page. Open it from Your race day after entering, from My race day on your account on the day, or from Sign on. Keep the link: it is private to your entry.

Tip: Add My race day to your home screen opens it in one tap all day, like an app.

The top card shows your kart plate, name, class and the event, then four tiles you can tap:

A driver's race-day page on a phone: the kart plate and name, the Sign-on, Scrutineering, Licence and Payment tiles, Next up, and Before you race.
Sign-on
Not open yet, Open now, Signed on, or Closed.
Scrutineering
Where your scrutineering card and check stand.
Licence
Whether the club has seen your licence photo.
Payment
Paid, Awaiting payment (tap to pay), To pay at signing-on, or nothing to pay yet on the reserve list.

Under them, Next up shows your next session and its time.

Four steps, with a count of how many are done:

  1. 1Signing-on: see Signing on.
  2. 2Licence photo: upload a photo of your licence for the club to check.
  3. 3Briefing: read the online briefing one paragraph at a time, pressing I accept on each. Officials can see how long you spent reading.
  4. 4Scrutineering card: see The digital scrutineering card.
  • Today's sessions: your sessions in running order, with the printed time, an estimated time when the club shows them, your grid place if the club publishes grids, and a link to each result. Full running order opens the whole day's timetable.
  • Turn on grid call-ups: get a notification on this phone when it is time to come to the dummy grid, and answer On way or Not taking part.
  • While you are on track, your live position, laps and gaps; afterwards Your laps.
  • Decisions sent to you, Notices from the club and the event Documents.
  • Quick links to Live timing, your membership card, Tickets, the Event page and Results.

The page refreshes itself every 30 seconds while it is open, so ticks appear as officials check things.
