Your licence photo and My Kit

For competitors and parents

Upload your Motorsport UK licence once for clubs to check, and keep your chassis, engines and other equipment in My Kit for scrutineering cards.

Open Motorsport UK licence (or Licence photo under Your details on your account). A parent chooses the competitor first on the account page.

  1. 1Choose a photo of the Front of the licence: JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 8 MB, every detail sharp and with no glare.
  2. 2Add the Back of the licence (if needed) when it shows upgrades, signatures or endorsements.
  3. 3Fill in the Licence number, Grade and Expiry date, and press Upload licence.

Each club checks your licence for itself, once, before the event, so you are not called up to show it at signing on. The page shows each club's check: Not checked yet, Seen by the club, Please upload a clearer photo, or Expired.

Take care: A new photo, or changed details, means each club checks it again.

Tip: You can also upload the photo from the Licence photo step on your race-day page.

My Kit holds your chassis, engines, carburettors, tyres and anything else a scrutineering card asks for. Add it once and pick from it on every scrutineering card, at any club. Parents keep a kit for each competitor they look after.

  1. 1Press Add equipment.
  2. 2Choose what it is (for example Chassis, Engine, Tyres, Carburettor, Exhaust, Ignition / ECU, Helmet or Suit), and fill in the make, model, serial and seal numbers and anything the club asks for.
  3. 3Press Save to My Kit.

Items are never deleted, because cards refer to them: archive what you no longer use (it moves under Archived, where you can restore it). An item declared at an event whose cards have closed is locked. If you change an item that is on a card still open, the card needs signing again.
