Signing on

For competitors and parents

Sign on from your phone before you race: confirm your entry, read the documents, tick the declarations and sign. A parent or guardian signs too when needed.

Signing on opens when the club opens it before the event. You can reach it three ways:

  • Sign on now on your race-day page (the first step of Before you race).
  • The signing-on link the club emails you. A new link from the club replaces the old one.
  • Sign on: type your licence number and date of birth and press Find my entry.
The first step of signing on, on a phone: Is this you? with the driver's entry and the Yes, this is me button.

The form shows Step 1 of N at the top. Some steps only appear when the club uses them:

  1. 1Is this you? Check your entry and press Yes, this is me. Something wrong? Don't sign: ask at reception.
  2. 2Documents: tap each one to read it. Required ones must be opened.
  3. 3Declarations: read each one and tick to agree.
  4. 4Race briefing: read it and tick I have read and understood the race briefing.
  5. 5Signature: sign with your finger in the box.
  6. 6Check and sign on: press Sign on now.

When the competitor is under the club's age limit on the event day, a parent or guardian must also sign: type their full name and sign in the second box. Parents of a competitor on their account sign on for them from the competitor's race-day page.

Tip: It takes about two minutes. Afterwards Go to your race day takes you to the licence photo, briefing and scrutineering card.

"Link expired or invalid"
The club may have sent a newer link. Use the latest email, sign on from your race-day page, or ask the club secretary for a new link.
"We could not find an entry matching those details"
Check the licence number and date of birth match your entry. If you still can't find it, ask at reception: they can sign you on on their device.
The button says "Not open yet"
The club has not opened signing on. The race-day page shows when it opens, if the club has set a time.
