Apply for or renew a membership on the club's Membership page, buy one for your household, and keep the membership card on your phone.
Applying
Open the club's Membership page (from its website, or Membership on your race-day page). It lists the memberships sold online with their price and when they run out. Choose one, then who it is for:
- I'm new to the club
- Your name, email, date of birth, emergency contact and, optionally, your licence.
- I'm already a member
- To renew or change: find your record with your membership number and the email on your membership.
- For a member of my household
- Find your own membership first, then choose who it is for.
Some memberships include a race number: choose your class and a free number. Answer the club's questions, accept its terms and press Send application.
If the club takes card payments online you go straight to pay. Otherwise Application received shows your reference and How to pay in the club's own words: quote the reference when you pay. The membership becomes active once the club has your payment.
Tip: Signed in, the page shows your current membership, its number and Valid until, and how many days until it is due for renewal.
Households
A household groups the members of one family at a club, so any of them can buy a membership for another. Some clubs give extra household members a family discount on the memberships they choose.
- 1Open Your household from the club's Membership page, enter your own membership number and email, and press Show my household.
- 2Not in one yet? Create household: you become its account holder.
- 3Add a child, or invite another adult by email with Send invitation.
The person invited opens the link in their email (it works for 14 days), says whether they are already a member, and presses Join the household.
Your membership card
View membership card shows the club, your name, membership number, type, how long it is valid and its live status, with a QR code an official can scan to check it. It has no date of birth or other personal details. Add it to your phone's home screen, or print it. Your cards are also under Club memberships on your account.
