Tickets, passes and pit bays

Event tickets (spectator tickets, paddock passes) are under Tickets and passes on the event page. Season passes and functions such as an awards evening are on the club's Tickets and passes page.

1. 1Under Choose tickets, set how many of each. Each shows how many are left.
2. 2Give the name of the person each ticket is for (leave it empty to use yours) and Your details.
3. 3Press Pay (or Get tickets when there is nothing to pay). An unpaid ticket order holds its places for one hour.

You are emailed Your tickets from the club, with Show my tickets. That page has each ticket with its QR code: add it to your phone's home screen or print it. The code appears once the ticket is paid. Your orders are also on your account.

Take care: Anyone with a code can use the ticket, so don't share it.

Show the QR code, or read out the code. A ticket works once. A season or paddock pass lets you back in, and a club-wide pass works at any of that club's events. Tickets with dates only work between them.

1. 1On the event page, press Book a pit bay.
2. 2Pick a free bay on the paddock map or from the list. Bays taken by others show as taken, never with a name.
3. 3Enter your name and email and press Book bay (with the price when there is one).

When you pay online, the bay is held for one hour while you pay; if payment is not finished, it is released. If every bay is taken, contact the club about a cancellation.
