How we compare
One system, instead of five.
Many clubs run a meeting on separate timing software, a separate entries website, paper sign-on and scrutineering cards, a separate live-timing provider and spreadsheets for the championship. Here is how that compares with GT Motorsport.

“Typical setup” is a general picture of how many clubs run today, not any particular product or club.
What that means
What changes on race day
One system, one login, one set of data
A driver enters once. That entry is their sign-on, their scrutineering card, their place on the grid, their result and their points. Nothing is typed in twice, and drivers and parents use one account for all of it.
Works offline at the circuit
Timing, the starter console and race control run from the timing laptop, so a session never waits for the internet. Results queue on the laptop and go up when the signal returns.
Built for phones and tablets trackside
The starter, the scrutineers, the clerk and the stewards each work from a phone or tablet. Drivers enter, sign on and follow live timing from theirs.
For Motorsport UK clubs
Permit events, licence details, club declarations, decision sheets that quote the regulations and accounts for under-18s run by a parent: built around how Motorsport UK karting clubs work.
