Why GT Motorsport
Built for race day at a karting club.
Timing that doesn't stop when the signal does, one place for your officials, and one account for your drivers and their families.
Reasons to choose us
Seven reasons clubs choose GT Motorsport
Reliable, and timing keeps going offline
- Timing runs on the laptop at the circuit, with its data stored on the laptop.
- The starter console and race control connect to the timing laptop, so they work with the internet down.
- Results wait in an outbox and go up to the cloud when the connection returns.
- Scrutineering checks are kept on the tablet until the signal comes back.
Everything in one place for your officials
- Entries, signing on, scrutineering, reception, timing, race control and results share one set of data.
- The clerk and stewards record incidents and decisions in one app, and decisions come out as PDFs.
- Result sheets are marked provisional or official, with penalties and decisions on them.
- Championship points follow from the results.
A better experience for competitors and parents
- One account to enter, pay, sign on and keep kit details for scrutineering.
- A parent runs a junior’s account, which moves to the driver’s own email at 18 with their history.
- Households and family discounts for families racing together.
- Live timing, a view of their own kart, results and their decisions, on their phone.
Your club, your branding
- Your own club website: events, results, live timing, membership, news and tickets.
- Your logo and brand colour, and a circuit backdrop behind your pages.
- Your logo on your result sheets.
- Emails from your club, and text messages through your own account if you want them.
Data you can take with you
- Export results and members as CSV.
- Club reports (income, event finances, entries, memberships, contacts) as Excel or PDF.
- Entry payments go to your club’s own Square or Stripe account.
- Your data is never deleted because a subscription lapses.
Privacy and retention, handled
- Records are kept for seven years from a person’s last activity; for under-18s, until seven years after they turn 18.
- When records are due, they are anonymised, and club admins get a report first.
- A club can hold a person’s records while a case is open.
- Members choose which club emails they get.
Set up with us, not on your own
- Start with a short enquiry: a person reads it and gets back to you.
- We talk through how your club runs before you set anything up.
- A guided setup walks you through each step, ticking them off as you go.
Getting started
How getting started works
- Step 1
Send an enquiry
Tell us about your club: who you are, your circuit and roughly how many members. You’ll get an email to say it arrived.
- Step 2
We set you up
We get in touch to talk it through, then email you a link to create your club and your admin account. The link is yours alone and lasts 14 days.
- Step 3
Guided setup
A checklist takes you through your club details, branding, venue, terms, declarations and classes, at your own pace.
- Step 4
Your first event
The last step is your first event. Open entries, and you’re ready for race day.
Tell us about your club
Tell us about your club. We'll talk it through, then send you a link to set the club up, and a guided setup takes you to your first event.
